Realtor Program Requirements

  • Register your Real Estate Firm with Anderson Homes through Matt Anderson by email at matt.anderson@andersonhomeswi.com or by phone at (262) 746-9955
  • Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Wisconsin under a Broker or Brokerage firm
  • Buyer must be a new lead and not in the Anderson Homes sales database
  • Realtor’s discretion as to how much involvement they would like to have with their client. Anderson Homes does not require that the Realtor be involved all through the “Design/Sales” process. The commission from Anderson Homes will be paid to the Broker/Realtor no matter how much involvement he/she has
  • Commission will be paid to the Broker/Realtor. Each Real Estate Firm will need to submit a W-9 form for tax implications. Commission is paid at time of the 1st construction draw (approximately 90 days after the start of construction). The total commission amount will not include the land nor the improvements/site work. In addition, all buyers must be made aware of the commission being made by their realtor.
